Two Guided Meditation Classes are currently being offered weekly with the goal of raising the consciousness in our community.
A sacred space is created and shared amongst everyone participating with the intention to self-heal and wake up your internal awareness system.
Classes are held at: Audubon Yoga Studio Uptown, located at 511 Octavia St, New Orleans, 70115 (see the map below). Mats and blankets are provided, you need only be open minded and dress comfortably.
Monday 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Wednesday 6:30am – 7:30am
Any One Meditation Class = $20. Unlimited Monthly Meditation = $144 (expiration 30 days).

Understand the what, why, and how of your thinking process in order to restore order to potential chaos. Learn how to better alter and guide your thinking versus being lost in your thinking. A variety of meditation techniques will be used from practices learned from all over the world.
What is the difference between Meditation and Medical Chi Kung?
Meditation delves deeply into what is going on inside of you. Tools are learnt for entering, and understanding, what is going on with the mind. Understanding the nature of your communication, processing your emotions, and evolving in your awareness are some of the areas covered in meditation classes.
Medical Chi Kung is a deep daily meditation practice requiring concentration and focus, as well as relaxation. It is specifically designed, scientifically, to open the energy meridians of the body – safely and effectively. It is a very powerful practice. The benefits are vast, as can be seen in this video.
